Refund and Cancellation Policy - MyFitnessCoach(MFC)

1: Subscriptions

MyFitnessCoach offers free features and Premium subscription features. All paid subscriptions are purchased, billed, and managed exclusively through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription terms (price, billing period) are displayed at the point of purchase in the store.

2: No free trials offered

At present, we do not offer free trials for Premium subscriptions. Some features remain free in the app to help users get started.

3: Automatic renewal

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to renewal. Renewal charges are processed by the App Store or Google Play using the payment method linked to your store account.

4: How to cancel

To cancel your subscription, manage your subscriptions through your app store account settings:

Canceling the subscription will stop future renewals, but you will retain access to Premium features until the end of the current paid period.

5: Refunds

All refund requests for subscriptions must be submitted to the store from which the purchase was made:

MyFitnessCoach does not process or issue refunds directly because payments are handled by third-party stores. If you need assistance with the refund process, contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to help guide you.

6: Consumer rights and exceptions

Local consumer protection laws may provide additional rights (for example, EU/UK 'cooling-off' rights). Such requests generally must be handled through the App Store / Google Play processes, but we will cooperate where possible.
